Re-activation process depends on the current status of your property. If you have access to your extranet, please send us this request, and we will check the current status and guide you on the steps of reactivation.

To send us a message: Inbox - Booking.com Messages - See contact options - Account - Other - See more contact options. And there will be an icon with an envelope, there you can type your message and send it to us.
