Dear we have a recension from a guest from September last year, problem was that apartment has been empty for many months, because hotel has close 6 months earlier. Ca we take away that bad recension because no we make a totaly upgrade.

It sounds like you are saying some one booked a reservation last year for September 2020, did not show up, and had not prepaid, and then you got a commission invoice.
You simply need to mark it as no show by message Partner Support the reservation number and explain the guest never turned up nor cancelled.
Reminder Partner Support will never see this.
