Reduce star rating

I can't find where to change the stars number on my hotel booking.com page?

I wanted to reduce from 5 to 4.

Can someone help me?

Hello Dimitri Salichon! Thank you for posting in the Community! Changing the stars of your property can be done only by Booking.com partner support. In that case you need to send us your request via your Extranet using the "Inbox' tab:
