Hei We have a booking on refnr *** *** *** 03.08.20-04.08.20. Because of the CV19 we have to close down our business. We need therefor help from you to find another rooms for thise guests.

Have you tried contacting customer and explaining and asking them to Cancel.  Booking.com will charge a relocation fee if they do this for you.
