I had a double booking and definitely a glitch on the system, how do I request a refund for my guest who paid and was unable to stay>
Hi
Simply contact the guest and ask them to initiate it on their account , thne you will waive the cancel policy fees.
Consider offer a direct booking discount/offer, and or changes of dates.
Worst case you can either click Request Cancel on their details page, wait for them to action the link in a notification
or contact partner support when its short notice.
Warning: relocation invoice may be issued
