Regarding property

Since 24th of november my property has been closed for a revenue update.And I got a email related to this reason informing me that my property will be closed for only 10 days but its been now 14 days but I still did not get any information or any email Opening my property.Please be kind enough to solve this issue and make me to get an update regarding opening my property.Thanks
