Remotelock Integration? Templates problems

I've been having problems with doing the lock code manually for each reservation. Does booking.com have integration to remote lock? or is there anyway to get them connected?  I'm also having problems creating templates and sending templated response that I copy over to the booking.com messenger system as it always results in an error that something went wrong.

No that is a 3rd party system

If you were using a supporting Channel manager/ PMS from a 3rd party that might.


Message Templates

You can only set templates directly in the Extranet > Property > Message Pref


Create Unlimited templates but only 3 for auto schedule, and 5 for auto replies on specific topics.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
