remove reservation

i want to cancel reservation. it came late night and it was confirmed automatically. i just spike with costumer and explain it to him. he understand and wants to decline the reservation. but i cant do it. please help and cancel this reservation. i dont want that booking made auto approval reservations. thank you please support
