Removing "breakfast included"
I have set up an additional property to the one we already have. I don't want to have breakfast automatically included in my new property. I did tick the box to say yes it was included, but have now changed my mind.
I have read all the advice on how to change this but it still doesn't let me change it from yes to NO

I recommend if you cant to it yourself in the admin portal then you should use the Contact Us to find a phone number to ring them, there may be a queue to get through so be patient. Under Inbox > booking Messages > right pane > Contact Us> click to expand
Dear Rachel...sorry to hear that you have problems with your breakfast options.
Please check if you have created a rate plan with breakfast..... if you have you must to delete it as well.
