Removing our properties

We have decided to remove our 2 holiday homes as we have found the process far to difficult  for us to advertise on your system we have been trying for weeks now without  success.

We really need someone to come here and set it all up for us.

That is never going to happen, unless you have someone locally who will take the time to read everything under Partner Help, form the Getting Started Guide to the solutions.

 

There is no consultancy services, only a 3rd party would do that.

 

It really is not the difficult at all ,  you must invest the time into learning it too. THere is no having my cake and eat it too.

 

I have considered doing a Remote Session based consultancy service, which would involve being on you r computer and use Team Viewer service to talk and guide you  and or take control etc..



But I'm not sure how well that would work for non english speaking partners.

 


If you are only removing some properties, and not all then :

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

 

If removing all then:

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Terminate, follow steps.
