Reopen property

Hi, I've seen a lot of similar questions but none of them answered. My property status says "closed/not bookable"  and I can't change it back to open/bookable. I already cheked my rooms and they are available, but no one can book them because my property is closed. I red a guide that says "click on ‘Make my property live'" but there's no such button. Please help!
