Reopening

Hi Gerard 

1. never reply to your own topic as the first reply, as it will remove it from the unanswered list
    
2. clarify your statement, reopen suggests either you:
   1. closed availability by closing rooms
   2. by setting inventory to 0
   3. by enabling feature - property snooze
       
3. if any of these methods you can easily self service reopen using the extranetand undo what you did.
    
4. Else contact support team to review setup. Contact us
