Reopening a closed hotel after owner changing

Good morning,

I have just taken over the management of the E-commerce part of a hotel, the hotel is closed on Booking.com after a serious misuse of the personal data of a customer by an employee who was dismissed for serious misconduct.

Today the owner has changed, can I reopen the hotel on Booking.com? If so, what is the procedure to follow?
