Reports available for owners in Booking.com
I want to learn about any reports we can access regarding reviews in booking.com. We are a hotel chain and want to access reports for the reviews which give us an overview on the topics talked about in them.
Does anyone have any info on how to access reports of guest reviews?

Great question! I'm an Account Manager at Booking.com so regularly discuss reviews with my partners.
On the Extranet, under the Guest Reviews tab there are two reports we provide to help you better understand reviews. These are: Guest Reviews and Guest Experience.
The Guest Reviews page provides all the reviews customers have left on your property page. We provide a quick snapshot of your overall score and how you rate in each category. At the top of this page we can also display your monthly review score, year-on-year. Listed down the page is each review submitted with comments (if applicable).
The Guest Experience page provides deeper insight into how you can improve your review score. We've taken comments left by guests in the past 3 months to highlight what they enjoyed and disliked about their stay. To make it easy for you, we've broken down the comments into different categories.
I'd recommend starting with the Guest Reviews page for a quick overview of your score and any historical trends you can spot. You can use Guest Experience to hone in on what can be improved and what to keep doing more of.
Keep in mind what you can control. You may be receiving negative comments for facilities but your property is outdated. It's not always possible to renovate. Instead, make sure your property page has recent photos that manage guest expectations.
