Request to cancel reservation

Hi, I had a last-minute reservation on my booking page, and since it is my first year on booking I did not put a restriction on that. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to welcome guests today and when I try to request to cancel a reservation, this message appears - "You'll have to contact customer service to cancel this reservation. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the guest's check-in date."

Friendly Reminder : Never post cancellation requests, either do it yourself or contact partner support.


Beware: you will likely receive a invoice for relocation accommodation for those guests.

So it is better to relocate them yourself or offer a discount directly with you for next bookings ... etc be clever about it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
