Reminder: You cannot post cancellation requests or any here ever, nothing will be done as it will never bee seen.
The correct preferred method is direct the guest back to their account logon on the main website, and they can trigger a cancellation request there.
If by some miracle they are incompetent and claim they cant do it themselves, they can then resort to using the (?) to contact BdC Customer Service.
Remember this is NOT your job t odo , these methods exist for a reason.
Worst case you can either trigger it yourself on the reservation detail page, or message /phone partner support if the request cancellation is greyed out, i.e. too close to arrival date

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
