Research shows OTAs help boost business for smaller properties
According to research, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) have a high impact on increasing business for small and independent hotels in Europe.
The infographic below shows that 96% of small and independent hoteliers agree that OTAs help increase visibility to guests around the world. Some 91% of respondents believe that OTAs generate additional bookings for their property.
They also agree with the statements that OTAs improve performance through insights and analytics (83%), offer 24/7 multi-language customer service for travellers (78%) and reduce hotel operations (62%).
