Can we cancel a reservation by ourself (hotel), when somebody booked a room bei booking?

  1. open the details page
  2. message the guest of intent to cancel and or include ask for change of dates
  3. now click request Cancel
    1. if urgent and cant wait for guest to reply choose option 1
    2. if not option2 and wait for guest to receive system notification and they click a confirm link
  4. now if needed expedite by phoning Partner Support or wait for system to update and mark as cancelled, you will get a notification also.
