A reservation
I have a reservation and to satisfy COVID19 laws I am trying to get confirmation that the purpose of the stay is defined as being essential travel and no laws are being broken. However the guest is not engaging. The guest is possibly coming from India but has only booked three nights with us. Current guidelines is that people coming into the country must self isolate for 10 days and so I am confused at only a three day booking if this is the case. I am not prepared to host a guest where laws are going to be broken.
Technically they dont have to stay 10 days with you.
and its not like someone will know they were not there 10 days either.
Its not our job to police it but yes you can of course ask for reason for travel etc.
For all you know its 3 days there and then a month elsewhere.
