A reservation

Someone has booked a 1 night stay at a very low price. I am new and i didnt realise guests could book that far in advance. I want to change my rate to 240pounds standard and a minimum of 2 nights stay. I dont want this reservation. Its too low. Im happy for her to keep her standard price but book for 2 nights ( the following night at the new price) of 240 pounds. For her to keep the reservation...

Hi Sara

So the thing is if you cant contact the guest to come to terms you are generally expected to carry out the booking in good faith.

So with that said I would advise you fix the rateplan minimum, check the calendar list view for those dates and others,

then contact them , and either say the dates are  not actually available and you need t o cancel the booking,

then offer option of rebooking other dates once the first one is clearled.

You can offer to manually block the dates to hold them while their refund is processed, 4-8 days.

Its a balancing act of keep them in the loop, work around the issue, and agree on a new booking.

Else you could end up with paying relocation invoice from BdC.

make sure you check you Calendar  for open/closed status for the 10th to 15 month ahead to make sure its set to closed etc.
