Reservation cancellation

Hello I have a problem I have sent a reservation cancellation request to a client and after speaking with him, we do not need to cancel the reservation. How can I delete the request I sent you? If we leave it as it is and he doesn't accept it, does the reservation continue?

  • immediately phone partner support
  • if you used the Request Cancel and option 2 then yes if the guest does not click on the confirmation link in the notification received then yes, it is NOT cancelled.
