Reservation cancelled in at check in moment.
I experienced that gest didn't stay at check in moment. He reserved for one person and came two. Check in time was at 16´00 and came at 22´00.
Finally he came, and he didn't like the room. Do I have to pay booking invoice?

Welcome to the Partner Only Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.
Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.
It really would have to be sub par, terrible for him to be able to request a refund.
If you can stand over the standard of the room, then do not cancel / refund, if he has prepaid.
And therefore you get paid by BdC, or the VCC, and therefore pay commission on it.
