Reservation for two petsons but they come with three
Our guests has made a reservation for two adults but they come with two adults and a little child We do not allow children under ten years old

As regards your issue I guess you have every right to refuse the booking and you can decide whether to refund the money depending on your policies! However you might want to contact BDC support directly for some further guidance.
