A reservation for a whole family house, with 6 bedrooms, made by a booker for 10 workers to rotate and exchange guests over 18 nights.

I have a reservation from a name/ company that is not coming to my property. On further questioning the booker has told me that he is putting his workers in the property but cannot give me any guest names as he doesn’t know who they will be, and he will be changing them over during the 18 nights. My policy is to have identification of all guests staying, plus with only 6 bedrooms and him booking for 10 what rights do I have over this arrangement. It is a large family home, usually booked for families, with white carpet throughout, and I am not ok with people sleeping in lounges on sofas etc. what do you advise/recommend?

I would still insist they all provide the ID for the entire group regardless of what night they stay.

as a company they should already have  photo ID for their employees
