Hello I have a minimum staying of 5 nights but it is the third client that today make reservation by one night . The client doesn't t want to cancel because he has to pay 50% and the same happened to me . But the problem it is that I don t know why booking take reservation if they are not available to stay one night and in my preferentes or restrictions it says two days in advance

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
