Hello, We are writing to we forgot to inform booking.com on our guests who did not show, show, or canceled all together. I just needed help in figuring out how to do that on our end.

If the guest did not show, just go into their reservation in Extranet and tick the box 'no show'.  If they showed up you don't need to do anything.  If they cancelled you don't need to do anything, as long as they did the cancellation on the system.
