To whom it may concern,

We are not receiving in our system the reservations you are making for our property and the guest are arriving and getting angry with us because we do not have it in our system. Some of these reservations are made days and weeks in advance and still do not show up in our arrivals. 

We do NOT have this problem with any other agency or booking engine, please fix this problem as soon as possible or I will have to close all inventory to your company and will NOT allow you to make reservations at our property.
