Reservations history

Hello Community I don't seem to be able to go back to more than one year in my reservations history.

I need to access a reservation made in October 2019, and all the ensuing conversation with the guest.  

Any tips on how to do that ?

Hi

 

You can get that within the Reservations statements , https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/extranet_ng/manage/finance_r…

Top left set the drop down period to that year and month to get the view and then options to download as CSV and XLS

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks, great tip to see who reserved and when, however not possible to get details about this reservation happening in April 2020, and more importanly, to the conversations.
