Reservstion mistakes - mine or the system ?
I have got some troubles with reservstion and because of that some of potential guests have cancelled their reservstion (I suppose). Lets say I have 5-10 of July already booked what means that 5th guests come and 11th they go. At the same time other guests try to book 1-5 July AND THEY ARE ABLE TO DO THAT while 5th means is a last night so they normally supposed to leave on 6th !!! Because of that one Day coverage I think I got already two or three cancellation. What AmI gonna do with that ? Any ideas ? Greetings

No, so how it generally works is , Guest books Check-in date, and a checkout date, not the day after it.
so 5th -10th july , guest checks out on 10th NOT 11th.
as for a second guest is able to book 1st to 5th July, yes that would be correct.
They need to check out by 12 noon (12:00) and then the guest for 5th-10th can only come after say 3pm (15:00).
Its all about timing and enforcing the allowed check-in times.
