I have put 2 night as minimum stay for Friday and Saturday. And I still got the reservation for 1 night. I want to cancel it. And I want to know why does the system allow it? It s not the first time.

Remember the golden rule : Once its booked it cant be cooked. Its generally considered a no-no to cancel a booking due to a mis-pricing  , incorrect set offer etc.


The best you can do is find the root cause and fix the pricing.

As it will cost you more if you cancel and then BdC will issue you an invoice for the cost of relocation which could actually be a higher rate than your own.


Without seeing your calendar list view for that Room type its hard to say.


Check the Rate plan for that room and make sure the minimum is set.


Expand the calendar list view by room type, and expand the restrictions and promos, review the min length of stay values for those dates and nearby dates.



If still stuck phone partner support to review setup.
