Review from guest who had broken our rules
Is it possible to avoid low rating if the guests did not keep our rules in the apartment ( e.g parking disturbing other guests) even if they were notified several times during their stay?

Unfortunately the guests who break rules tend to be generally inconsiderate of everybody and do not understand this. Consequently they then leave bad reviews as they think everything is all about them. Booking.com do not tend to remove them, even when proved to be incorrect.
