These are their own stated conditions for reviews, contact support via Extranet and quote @Evana Ghidinelli (Booking.com staff) at them, you might be lucky and win a removal BUT remember to insist that the erroneous score is removed as well, not just the written part.
You will note that BDC say one thing but do the opposite. If you use the search box at the top of the page you'll find the very many threads complaining about the broken review system and total disregard from BDC....
