Why are reviewers asked to rate VIEW and not Location as most places don't have spectacular views and this pulls down a high rating because you get low rating for views. This should not feature in the ratings as it has nothing to do with your service and cleanliness.

That's strange as we had all 10's except the views and didn't score 10
nothing new there, we've all been saying the new system is strange, for what must now be 10-11 months.
