Hi there is a new reservation by costumer and sent me message he has 7 dogs. I am not willing to accomodate him and need cancellation please.

I assume you are listed as pet friendly listing?

As you have not completed your partner profile  by adding the property link we cannot see what you setup


please do so now, as its counterproductive to not have it done before asking for help.


If you really do want to cancel, and he really said he is brining 7 dogs and you did not misread his message, then just contact him first.


" Hi <first name> it seems there was a misunderstanding when you booked with us via Booking.com. While we are pet friendly accomodation , we do not allow more than 1 pet per guest. 

It also says on our Fine Print before booking to message us first to see if suitable pet etc"

Right now make sure to add a pet policy details into the Fine Print section/.
Extranet > Property > View descriptions



Once you have communicated and there is no leeway to change mind , then include, ...

"the next notification you get will be to confirm the cancellation so as to get a full refund if you prepaid. please do so as soon as possible, so BdC can refund you."
