Room occupancy 2 adults and 1 child

Dear partner,

I am unable to get my settings right.

When 2 adults and 1 child want to book a room at my facility, it always gives people the option to book 2 separate rooms, while in the room there can be an extra bed. So in Pulse I have highlighted that the room can hold 2 adults and 1 child. Eventhough, the search engine never gives that as an option, but always advises 2 separate rooms. How can I fix this? Hi Toon,

 

Did you set that room with two arrangements, 1 for 1 double bed for 2 people and one arrange ment for same plus extra bed for child.

 

Best to phone or message partner support to review the setup as we cannot .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
