ROOMS BEING CLOSED WITHOUT ANY BOOKINGS OR PREMISSION!!!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

To whom it may concern,

For the 3rd (of which we know of) time all our rooms are closed, AND THIS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

We are only two staff members who workings with booing.com site, and it is not one of us who is closing the rooms!!! As we went on to the site now to check a cancelation we saw that all our rooms are closed from the 1st of Sep till the end of Sep.... So this may cause us to lose bookings, WHO IS CLOSING THE ROOMS ON YOUR SIDE!?!?!?!

Can some assist ASAP PLEASE!!!!!

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
