Same day booking restrictions

I am trying to put a same day booking restriction on my property and have read all the tips and advice but I am not being given the option to do this on my calendar. There is no white box to tick. Please help!

Contact the booking.com helpdesk and they will give you access to the option. Use the Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call.

Hi Sarah,

 

Could you please explain exactly what type of restrictions you want so I or others can demystify and explain where they are and or how to enable.

 

Some will be Policies Page features and Rate Plan features.

 

Typically there are extranet extended fields fore the List View of the Calendar not there be default .

 

example No arrivals, No Departures, Max Stay in Nights.

 

I know its daft that all fields  are not on by default. Totally agree. You simply message support to enable all fields.

 

Inbox > Booking messages, click on right pane button to reveal a hidden info and message button.

 


 

I know right? why is it hidden, indeed its totally daft.

From a tech perspective I suspect its to prevent screen scrapping methods from vulnerability infections on computers. Which in turn helps prevent scammers.

But that is wishful thinking and its really an Over The Top reason and excuse for hiding it.

There are quite some bugs in the system I have been repeatedly told. Working on it...they say. 

 

Patiently waiting. 

In the meantime working with other platform(s) like A 

That's the way it is. 

Had three days through BDC for January and 2 days for Feb. They booked early. Late bookers missed out. Meaning, they couldn't book because my property simply didn't appear Little did I know. Grrrrr. This is my peak season and hosting only in summer. We are touristic here. So Not Good :(

Bugs....bugs....bugs...not only in the Partner Community but also in official site of booking.com????

Grrrr....very frustrating not to be seen in search during peak season...

Wish bugs are eliminated the soonest...

Have a nice week ahead...with more bookings...
