Scheduled templates

Hi. Could anyone tell me why a template message scheduled to be sent at the time of booking did not get sent. Thank you

Hi Susan,

 

Once it is set, it will always be sent, the issue more likely is on the receiving end.

As if there was an issue on sender side it would not just be you, it would be everyone.

Thank you. I sent it manually and it delivered then I reset it. Will just have to wait for the next booking and see what happens.
