Score of al 10’s then the overall score is 7 ?

can someone explain to me why I get all 10’s then an overall score of 7 ? I feel this is going to bring my yearly score down so much.  I don’t think it’s a fair score, I get good scores of 9 and 10’s then someone will do the above.  not sure why ? No comment either.
