Off season discounts

I have set 25% off season discounts in the promotion for the period from Sept 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019. But it is not reflected.in the site.  Another thing, though I haven given per night of Rs.2000/- it is shown in some places more that INR 2000, like 3000, 3500, 5000/- so on. What is that?. Any representative of your company in Kerala or India. If so please give me their contact No.
