Seeking advice on how to set Minimum Stay (6 months) booking

Hi,

Good day to everyone.

Due to the pandemic, the property management in our Condominium requires guests to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I would like to seek advice from the community partners on how to set this up to abide by the property management requirements and avoid any complications with my upcoming guests. Please Help.

You might want to challenge that as 6 months is extreme and excessive, and completely unnecessary. They may not have any juristicton to set and enforce it either.

AS everyone should only be following the government/ health services guidelines and laws.

Speak to a local legal advisor, is my suggestion.  

 

Setting Minimum Stay Value in Calendar

 

  • Open Extranet > Calendar in List View.  
  • Now expand the rate plans view on left  to see the rows for the extended fields.  
  • If you cannot see these fields or some missing , message BdC Support and request all calendar extended fields be activated.
