Sepa Transaktion in EU IBAN number

Where can I find the correct IBAN number for paying the booking.com invoices in EU per Sepa transaction?

The IBAN number at my first invoice was not working. The money comes back immediately.

And I never reach anybody by booking.com. I wrote some mails since 5.2.21, but they never replied. And I have to pay until tomorrow.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks for reply. I have already sent several emails. I've been trying to reach bdc since 11 days. Nobody ever answers the phone. And I didn't get any answer to my emails.

  1. Are you actually using the Partner Support number in Extranet as per the steps above?
     
    1. If yes then consider to select one of the public numbers for city.country , next nearest, so as t oget redirected to the Partner Support team.

 

I just noticed the contact us page has changed and not for the better , still using vague wording, leading partners to rage at BdC incompetence, and cant find the right info.
