Setting for visitors to arrive and leave on Saturdays only

My daughter said she will clean and prepare our apartment on Saturdays when she is off work. We are now getting too old to do it ourselves. We don't want visitors arriving or leaving on any other days. I cant figure how to set these rules on Booking .com Can anyone help. Would be nice to talk with someone to guide me through this.
