Should we ask guest to leave early ?

We had a two night 1 person booking, when doing our meet and greet he said he was coming to town to meet up with his girlfriend and cook her a meal, However we have ended up with 4 males over night - Doesn't look like a party,  but all the lights on and windows wide through out the night.

The issue is the lie for me, he is due to check out tomorrow morning - but should I challenge him today and request they all leave. ??
