Sofa bed mismatch
I have a superior apartment with a queen size bed and a living room with a large sofa bed. That sofa bed is for use by 2 persons. There is no sofa bed layout for 2 but only for 1. When i search my booking it shows me for up to 3 persons and not up to 4. I see that there is a gap in the room layout. there should be a double sofa bed and everything then would be correct. What can i do? is there any other way to solve that?

Right so I had a look at the setup room detail page to see what drop down box options there are for extra beds.
I can only see two possible ideas.
Either set a sofa bed count of 2 or replace it and add it as extra double bed. Now add another photo of said bed and place text on it explaining. You can also edit #View My Description and explain there too.

I Did'nt find any sofa bed with a custom count of 2 for instance. Have you seen this option anywhere?
The hard way is to change it to normal bed for 2 and explain it in my description.

Go to extranet > property >room details, click on the room, edit and then under Bed options > standard arrangement
Note: this is the property link, and you can put this into your partner profile.

after extranet > property> there is room amenities but nothing relevant in there. Are you sure?

When selecting a sofa bed in the room configuration section, the system will automatically pre-load 1 person. But this number can be edited manually. So if the sofa can accommodate 2 guests, please edit the amount of guests to 2.

the only thing i can find from the extranet path is: property ----> property layoutv----> edit ----> and the sofa bed option into the living room. i cannot find the manually editable option from 1 to 2 guests. can you please tell me to the path?

you are right there is an option in bedroom 1. the problem is located in the living room which has sofa bed option without variable size. it only gives the number of sofa beds. i flirt with the idea to put two sofa beds rather than one double in the option menu.

Hello, I have the same problem. Setup One-bedroom aparment with :
- 1 full bed for 2 people
- and 1 sofa bed suitable for 2 people.
Booking calculates in total 3 people and I cannot change the sofa bed to be for 2 people. Can someone help me? Thanks.

In your Property tab under Property layout have you set up for 4 people???
Yes, I updated Property Layout for 4 people but it doesn't help:
- It shows : Standard Occupancy: 4 people
But when I go to edit -> How many guests can stay in this aparrment? shows a warning that there is mismatch since sofa bed is for 1 person and booking estimated that it can sleep 3 people.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but this issue still persists. The simple fix is to add 2 sofa beds however this makes the listing inaccurate. Perhaps I'm missing something?
