Sum 9 of score 10?
Dear, I don't understand, why the total calculated result of rating is 9, when by all criterias we got 10?
And is it possibility to inform the guest (Tiziana) to correct her comment, because she wrote the positive comment and putted negative sign.

That is the way that the new Review system works. Was changed a while ago and we were notified. Booking.com won't usually change a review even though it is unfair.
