Sync Ical Updates (Question)

Hi everybody, im new in this. I have a problem with the sync iCal of my properties. We want to get more updates in my properties calendary between airbnb and booking. Can i change the time of the updates?  Because takes a lot between one and another updates. Any recommendation? We see over booking, and its hard to prevent this.
