Synchronising Calendars site and vice versa

Good Morning all,

I am trying to find a way to synchronize calendars. the problem I am finding is that on my extranet system I can see that for my rooms this synchronization feature is not available to me.

Currently, I run 4 rooms individually on the system.

i noticed the following restriction on the service and believe I am within its requierements.

  • A property with 20 room types or less, and a maximum of 1 unit per room type.
  • A property that doesn’t use XML connectivity services like property management systems (PMS) or channel managers.

so a bit lost as to why the feature does not appear on my "extranet calendar" or "Rates & Availability" options.

any ideas!? would really love this to work.

So as long as the one listing has 4 room types and a inventory each of 1, it will then be visible..


However the external system must act as the sync manager to pull on a schedule, as the BdC side will never do this.


Its important to understand that. this is the reason you see so many on here complaining about BdC Cal Sync, there just is none, and no real time trigger, no schedule sync in a timely manner.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
