Syncing Calendars

I went through all the steps to sync with Airbnb but it keeps saying Activating and never says OK. I believe it may be that listed my property some years ago and asked for it to be delisted but I now see both listings shown but one cannot be accessed or booked. Can the previous listing be entirely removed?
