System bug caused all my prices for all 3 properties to disappear, all 3 have been closed for bookings, I don't know when this happened

I logged into my extranet this evening to check if some room closures from another platform had been added correctly. I was astounded to see that all three of my apartments were closed due the price being missing. I added all the prices until mid January 2023 several months and have received several bookings. I called booking.com and was told this had happened due to a system bug and I would have to add all the prices again. I received a cancellation earlier today for a 9 night stay and lost 800 euro. I will now try to find out if the  closure of all my properties due to this bug issue provoked the cancellation. If it did, I will seek compensation.
